Rum Raisin Cupcakes
I have a strange love affair with raisins. I hate to eat them by themselves, but if you put them in any thing I instantly love them. I used this recipe and am really happy with the results. I served them warm with ice cream for a small gathering I had and the combination of hot and cold was a pleasant summer treat!
